About: Belmont Village at Green Hills in Nashville, TN is currently hiring for PART-Time Server positions with a rate of $15.75 per hour (No tips) for shifts from 4 PM to 8 PM with weekend availability. Belmont Perks include No Late Nights, Free Meals, and Immediate Access to Earned Wages.
Requirements: Must be 16 years of age or older; Proficient in written and verbal English; Demonstrates a willingness to learn and work in a hands-on position; Interest in working with aging population; Prior experience as a dining room server in a fast casual or fine dining restaurant; Value serving or working with the senior population; Self-directed with strong active listening and time management skills; Initiative, dependability, and hard-working nature; Flexibility and adaptability to different schedules and tasks; Strong customer service and teamwork orientation.
