Position: Restaurant Server PM
About: This position is for a server at a dining establishment, where the server plays a crucial role in leading the service team and providing exceptional service to guests. The server must have a high level of emotional intelligence, comprehensive knowledge of food, wine, and spirits, and be able to enhance guests’ dining experiences through attentive and thoughtful service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous bartending, serving, and/or customer service experience preferred. Ability to think and communicate clearly in high-pressure situations; demonstrate basic math skills; excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills; knowledge of menu, ingredients, and cooking techniques; familiarity with drink recipes and pricing; ability to make food and beverage pairing recommendations confidently; proficient in professional wine service; knowledgeable of computer operations, ordering procedures, and basic sanitation; effective communication with customers, co-workers, and supervisors; excellent attendance and punctuality
