Position: Restaurant Server (FT)
About: Renaissance Baton Rouge is seeking full-time Restaurant Servers (morning and evening shifts) to report to the Outlet Manager/Supervisor. The Server is responsible for providing top-quality service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner, handling orders, and processing payments. The successful candidate should be able to stand throughout the shift, move around while carrying trays, and have the required permits.
Requirements: ABC and RV Permits are required; familiarity with the organization of various dining areas; knowledge of menus and specials; service-oriented with efficiency; ability to handle cashiering functions and side-work duties; up-selling skills; physical ability to carry trays; answering calls professionally; discrimination-free employment practices
