Position: Restaurant Server / Barista AM
About: Atma Hotel Group Inc is seeking a Restaurant Server to ensure guests are served in a timely and professional manner, exceeding the hotel’s standards. The server will be responsible for greeting guests, explaining menu items, taking orders accurately, handling complaints, and maintaining a clean service area.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year prior food and beverage service experience; must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol; knowledge of food health codes, beer, wine, liquor, and common beverages; basic knowledge of food preparation; ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods; able to handle guest complaints professionally; willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; maintain a professional appearance; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment; passionate about providing excellent customer service
