Position: Restaurant Server at WOB – Cypress
About: WOB Bar & Kitchen is currently looking for a professional and experienced restaurant server to join our team. As a server at World of Beer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their dining and beer experience is enjoyable and memorable.
Requirements: Outgoing, friendly & high energy personality and demeanor; Friendly & accurate communication skills in handling customers in person and on the phone; Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask; Basic math skills for processing payments; Knowledge of food and beverage menus; Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time; Ability to be a contributing member of the team in sales and job tasks; Any food or alcohol awareness certification as required within 30 days of hire; Warm and welcoming Smile!
