Position: Restaurant Server AM
About: A food and beverage company seeking a Server to join their team, responsible for leading and maintaining communication within the service team and providing exceptional dining experiences to guests with empathy-driven service and comprehensive food, wine, and spirits knowledge.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Previous bartending, serving, and/or customer service experience preferred; Ability to think and communicate clearly in high-pressure situations; Ability to move quickly and gracefully throughout the dining room; Knowledgeable of menu, ingredients, and cooking techniques; Ability to make food and beverage pairing recommendations confidently; Excellent communication and customer service skills; Basic math skills required
