Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred; flexible schedule with long hours sometimes required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently; stand during entire shift; effectively communicate verbally and in writing with employees and guests; multitasking and prioritization skills; attend all required hotel meetings and trainings; maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming; comply with hotel standards and regulations for safe operations; problem-solving and proactive attitude; ability to maintain confidentiality and show initiative; cross-training in various hotel related areas; warm and friendly demeanor at all times
