Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; flexible schedule with long hours sometimes required; ability to stand during entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally; excellent communication skills; multitasking ability; attentiveness to guest needs; compliance with hotel standards and regulations; problem-solving skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and initiative to anticipate operational needs
