Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 2 years of high-volume serving experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort; excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills; extensive knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits; strong time management skills; ability to operate all necessary computer equipment; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lift, carry, and move up to 30 lbs
