Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; flexible schedule with ability to work long hours occasionally; capable of exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently; ability to stand throughout the entire shift; effective communication skills; excellent problem-solving and guest service abilities; adherence to grooming standards and hotel regulations; proactive in problem-solving and productivity enhancement; warm and friendly demeanor at all times
