Position: Restaurant Server
About: The Hilton Garden Inn Bloomington at IU is seeking a Restaurant Server to serve food and beverage to guests in a courteous and friendly manner according to established brand and hotel guest service standards. The role includes taking orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, setting tables, stocking service stations, and handling payment transactions. Additionally, the server may need to assist with bartending and bussing during peak periods or staff shortages. The hotel is committed to sustainability practices through the HHM EarthView program.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training; knowledge of POS systems; TIPS certification preferred
