Position: Restaurant Server
About: Hay Creek Hotels, located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, is seeking an amicable, self-motivated, and energetic Restaurant Server to provide a pleasant dining experience at The Stonebreaker restaurant opening in October 2024 and The Stonebreaker Hotel opening in January 2025. The Stonebreaker, formerly the Pratt Place Inn, is an independent boutique hotel situated on 144 acres atop Markham Hill, offering extensive Food & Beverage options, outdoor and private dining, and a Private Members Only Club Lounge, complemented by the historic Pratt Place Barn and nature trails for guest exploration.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year serving experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant; comfortable with technology (Aloha POS, OpenTable reservations); ability to work in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment; flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, mornings, weekends, holidays, and busy seasonal days
