Position: Restaurant Server
About: Hay Creek Hotels, located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, is seeking a friendly, self-motivated, and energetic Restaurant Server to provide an exceptional dining experience at The Stonebreaker restaurant, opening in October 2024, and the Stonebreaker Hotel, opening in January 2025. The Stonebreaker was formerly the Pratt Place Inn, a boutique hotel on 144-acres with extensive dining options, a Private Members Only Club Lounge, and the historic Pratt Place Barn, surrounded by nature trails for guest exploration.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year serving experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant; comfortable using technology like Aloha and Open Table reservations system; ability to work in a team environment; flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, mornings, weekends, holidays; positive and customer-focused attitude
