Position: Restaurant operations manager
About: This position requires relocation to the Cayman Islands. Join our team as a Restaurant Operations Manager in our Food and Beverage (F&B) department, overseeing daily operations, guest service, scheduling, and cost control to maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management; proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs; excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; strong analytical and financial skills, with budgeting and forecasting experience; high school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field preferred.
