Position: Restaurant Operations Manager
About: Dave & Buster’s Inc./Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. The role involves working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted restaurant/entertainment environment, communicating effectively with team members and guests, exceeding goals, overseeing all aspects of the business, and working weekends, nights, and holidays in a dynamic work setting.
Requirements: 21+ years of age; 2+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience; proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor; ability to lead a team for a memorable guest experience; true leadership capabilities; ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays; comfortable in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.
