Position: Restaurant Operations Manager
About: THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. What we are looking for: – You love working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene. – You can communicate with the Team Members and Guests in a way that inspires FUN! – You like immediate gratification! Nothing better than making someone’s experience better or inspiring your team to play at a higher level. – You have never met a goal you can’t beat. – You can handle 100K days while walking five miles a shift & working an average of 50-hour work weeks. – The ability to oversee all aspects of the business – from the most minor details to the big picture.
Requirements: 21+ years of age; 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience; Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor; Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience; True leadership capabilities; The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays; Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
