About: THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. The position involves working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene and requires immediate gratification, goal orientation, and the ability to handle high-intensity work environments. The responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the business, from minor details to the big picture, and leading hourly team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Requirements: 21+ years of age; 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience; Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor; Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience; True leadership capabilities; Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
