Position: Restaurant Operations Manager
About: The Operations Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for operating the assigned Restaurant/Bar area efficiently within pre-established cost controls, managing, scheduling, and training restaurant/bar and gaming non-exempt Team Members, monitoring non-exempt Team performance, and ensuring Guest/Customer satisfaction utilizing FINE Entertainments service standards.
Requirements: A minimum 3 years of experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in a full-service restaurant and/or bar with an emphasis on upscale casual experiences of similar volume and Guest/Customer to FINE Entertainments business; A minimum 2 years of supervisory experience with 50 or more employees; Experience in the Gaming industry a plus; Servsafe Certification required; Food Safety Handler Certification; Sheriffs Card; Must be able to pass drug screening and background check.
