Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 21 years of age to participate in the 401(k) program; experience in restaurant management preferred; certification in food safety required; exceptional supervisory and coaching skills; understanding of sales and traffic goals; proficiency in administrative duties; ability to handle repair and maintenance issues promptly; strong knowledge of safe food handling practices
