Position: Restaurant Operations Manager
About: The Operations Manager at FINE Entertainment is responsible for efficiently operating the assigned Restaurant/Bar area, managing Team Members, ensuring Guest satisfaction, and maintaining Health Department standards.
Requirements: A minimum 3 years of experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in a full-service restaurant and/or bar with an emphasis on upscale casual experiences; A minimum 2 years of supervisory experience with 50 or more employees; Experience in the Gaming industry a plus; Servsafe Certification required; Food Safety Handler Certification; Sheriffs Card; Must be able to pass drug screening and background check.
