Position: Restaurant Marketing Manager
About: Perilla Fare, Perilla Steakhouse, and Noriko Handroll Bar are innovative and dynamic restaurants located in Chicago, offering a unique dining experience at two different locations in the Chicago Loop and River North areas. They are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of creating and executing multi-pronged marketing strategies; proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram, Yelp, Facebook, and TikTok; experience with influencer marketing; basic knowledge of email marketing platforms and website CMS; experience with marketing automation tools; experience with data analytics for tracking and reporting purposes; strong attention to detail, organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills; exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box; data analysis and ability to identify market trends
