Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; 1+ years of restaurant, food service, hospitality, retail, or related management experience; High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience; Associate’s degree preferred; Valid driver’s license with liability insurance, a good driving record, and a satisfactory background check required; Recruiting, interviewing, and training staff; Supervising daily shift operations; Organizing schedules and recording payroll data; Knowledge of back-of-house and point-of-sale systems; Food Handlers Certification; Food Safety Certification
