Requirements: Minimum two years’ experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume; Servsafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification; Strong financial and computer skills including P&L management, budgeting, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, and point-of-sale systems; Exceptional communication skills and ability to anticipate guest and employee needs; No degree required
