Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Valid state Driver’s License required; Serv Safe Manager certification preferred; Open availability required; Excellent communication skills; Motivational and leadership abilities; Conflict management skills; Proficiency in achieving results while maintaining a positive atmosphere; Ability to work independently and collaboratively; Physical fitness for restaurant operations; Compliance with safety regulations and a high standard of integrity
