Position: Restaurant Manager – SW Steakhouse

The Restaurant Manager position at SW Steakhouse involves efficiently operating the outlet within cost controls, managing and training staff, monitoring performance, maintaining Health Department standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through service standards.
Requirements: Candidates must be able to communicate, read, and write in English fluently and in a professional manner; prior experience in food & beverage cost control and a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position in a fine-dining/high-volume restaurant; luxury experience preferred; experience working with Forbes standards; strong motivational and developmental skills; ability to work efficiently in a team environment; must be able to obtain and maintain any required licensing or active work cards; minimum age of 21 years old
