Position: Restaurant Manager & Supervisor
About: Our restaurant group is seeking a dynamic hospitality professional to join our team in the Restaurant General Manager position. Bring your management skills and help lead our staff in providing the great Southern food, drink and service that keep our guests coming back! Our RGM is completely knowledgeable of all positions in the restaurant and able to lead and grow an effective team. This Manager must be familiar with and understand Soul Food cooking!
Requirements: 2 – 4 years of restaurant management experience; Comfortable leading and working with a team in a fast-paced environment; Ability to work on your feet for 8 or more hours a day; Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills; Knowledge of food safety is absolutely required; ServSafe certification is a plus – will agree to getting certified; Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
