About: Raising Cane’s, a renowned American Chinese Restaurant concept founded in Glendale, California in 1983, is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in maintaining the restaurant’s operational standards and culture in a fast-paced kitchen environment, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience; detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities; self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people, and cost management; proficient in Microsoft Office applications; able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends; must be 18 years of age or older
