About: Springhill Suites ODU – Norfolk, VA is seeking a dynamic full-service restaurant leader to join their team. The Recovery Sports Grill is a sports-oriented, family-friendly restaurant located within the SpringHill Suites at ODU, offering a pay scale of $50k+ based on experience. Weekend and holiday availability may be required for most positions.
Requirements: 3+ years of full-service restaurant leadership experience; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; 21 years of age; strong knowledge of restaurant concepts, practices, and procedures; outstanding leadership and communication skills; ability to recruit, develop, and motivate team members
