Requirements: Lead with passion, precision, and a commitment to upholding guiding service principles; Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operation during peak hours; In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese dishes and ingredients; Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff for service flow; Lead, motivate, and supervise cashiers, bartenders, and kitchen crew; Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations; Schedule shifts and manage labor costs; Monitor customer satisfaction and handle issues tactfully; Ensure food and beverages meet quality standards; Manage inventory and supplier coordination; Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations; Anticipate and prevent service disruptions during peak times
