Position: Restaurant Manager (Ridotto) – Bossier City
About: Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the administration, operation, and management of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, efficiency, friendliness, and fun in the restaurant environment, contributing to a positive experience for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities include developing business plans, managing inventory, staff development, and maintaining operational excellence in alignment with Live! Casino & Hotel’s standards and goals.
Requirements: Preferred, five (5) to seven (7) years’ experience in restaurant management and supervision; preferred, a four (4)-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience; must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the State Gaming Commission, an Alcohol Beverage Control card, and any applicable health certificates.
