About: Wynn Las Vegas’ Red 8 is a restaurant specializing in Cantonese noodle dishes, dim sum, vegetable dishes, and Hong Kong-style barbecue, located at Wynn Las Vegas.
Requirements: Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner; requires a minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory position in a similar venue (upscale high-volume, full-service Asian cuisine); candidate must have advanced knowledge of food, beverages, and cost control; candidate must exhibit strong motivational and developmental skills; requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment; must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times; applicants must be 21 years of age or above
