About: Cafua Management Company operates 200+ Dunkin’ Donuts locations in 6 states and is one of the largest private Dunkin’ Donuts franchisees in the US with a People First culture. This role involves leading the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin’ standards and ensuring a great guest experience through operational excellence and adherence to all applicable laws.
Requirements: Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs; Must be able to stand for 6+ hours at a time; Must be authorized to work in the U.S; Fluent in English
