Requirements: 3+ years of restaurant industry experience; Prior management experience required; Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Excellent interpersonal communication skills; Exceptional organization and leadership skills; Dependable and reliable; Must work a minimum of 50 hours per week; Must be able to work well under pressure; Must be friendly, outgoing, and respectful to co-workers; Strong work ethic required
