Position: Restaurant Manager – New Contemporary Restaurant
About: The Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a Manager to oversee the efficient operation of the outlet, manage and train restaurant staff, ensure compliance with Health Department standards, and uphold customer satisfaction through service standards.
Requirements: Candidates must be able to communicate, read, and write in English fluently, with proficiency in a second language being a plus. Prior experience in Food & Beverage and a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position in a fine-dining/high-volume restaurant are required. Strong motivational and developmental skills, ability to work efficiently in a team environment, obtain and maintain necessary licensing or work cards, and be at least 21 years of age.
