Position: Restaurant Manager – Mason Street Grill
About: The Pfister Hotel/Mason Street Grill is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring high service standards, guest satisfaction, and profitability. The position involves maintaining cleanliness, quality food and beverage service, and upholding hotel service standards to enhance the reputation and increase customer loyalty.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and preparation techniques; Mathematical abilities for inventory tracking and financial statements; Ability to work entire shift standing and moving; Effective communication in English; Experience in Food & Beverage and supervisory roles; High school diploma required; Additional language skills preferred; Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and POS systems
