Requirements: Associate of Science degree or higher in Hospitality or Food Service management; thorough knowledge of up-scale food service operations; two years management experience in hotel or quality food service operation; certification as Food Service Manager or ability to obtain such certification; effective management, leadership, organizational, and communication skills; ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor
