Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Vets Hired is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily front and back-of-house operations, deliver exceptional service, manage customer complaints, review product quality, supervise shifts, appraise staff performance, estimate inventory needs, ensure compliance with regulations, maintain the restaurant’s image, control costs, analyze revenues and expenses, promote the brand locally, train employees in customer service, and implement operational policies and protocols.
Requirements: Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or Hospitality Manager; customer service experience; extensive knowledge of food and beverage with the ability to inform customers and staff; familiarity with restaurant management software like OpenTable and PeachWorks; strong leadership, motivational, and people skills; acute financial management skills; BSc degree in Business Administration, hospitality management, or culinary schooling is a plus
