Position: Restaurant Manager job

Requirements: 3+ years of full-service, high-volume Manager experience; bilingual preferred; knowledge of food safety, liquor requirements, and quality standards; understanding of and drive for financial accountability; extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge with familiarity in ingredients and dishes; proficiency in restaurant management software such as HotSchedules, Point of Sale, and accounting software; strong leadership, motivational, and people skills; ability to work in a fast-paced indoor and outdoor venue, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; food handler and liquor certification.
