Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Mountain Pass Sports Bar and Restaurant located at Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Aurora, Colorado, is seeking a Management position to oversee daily restaurant operations, maintain standards, and maximize guest and employee satisfaction. The establishment aims to create a positive atmosphere and deliver exceptional customer service to patrons.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area; OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; 2 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area. Prior supervisory and training experience is preferred.
