Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: TGI Fridays is looking for a dedicated individual to manage all aspects of a specific department within the restaurant, ensuring the selection, development, and performance management of restaurant Team Members to optimize profits and increase sales. The ideal candidate will uphold the company’s standards of quality, service, and operations while providing exceptional guest experiences in line with the TGI Fridays mission, vision, and values.
Requirements: 4-year college degree preferred; minimum of 6 months experience working in a full-service restaurant; capable of performing all functions and meeting qualification standards for all hourly positions; able to walk and stand during entire shift; frequent bending and stooping required; able to lift up to 30 lbs; able to read and write English; good hearing among loud background noise
