Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Expectations of a Restaurant Manager: Leading by example in shaping the restaurant culture and ensuring high team member engagement and guest satisfaction. Responsible for achieving budgeted financial goals, hiring and developing team members, and maintaining a positive guest experience. Coordinating special events, managing cash, inventory, and ensuring cleanliness and service quality. Delegating responsibilities as approved, attending meetings, and handling any other assigned duties.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus. Minimum 2-3 years of restaurant experience. Proficiency in English, ability to follow instructions, use math, and training in restaurant operations. Thorough knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
