About: Velvet Taco, a unique and funky fast-casual restaurant located in Fulton Market, Chicago, is seeking a talented Restaurant Manager with Hospitality and Scratch Kitchen Experience to join their team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 3 years of recent full-service or fast-casual restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience; over 21 years of age; Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification (TABC/BASSET); understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations; strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; results driven and team oriented
