Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: As a restaurant manager at Wegmans, you will lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences for guests. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive and energetic culture while managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to create inviting and lively atmospheres that guests will want to return to.
Requirements: 2 or more years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hotel, or food services industry or equivalent field; Passion for food and people with enthusiasm to provide an incredible dining experience; Ability to balance providing incredible service with ensuring compliance with laws and policies; Proficient with Microsoft Office
