Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee has a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The role involves setting goals, leading Department Managers, hiring and developing managers, and requires previous General Manager experience in high volume locations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail strongly desired; 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants
