About: Busboys and Poets, a vibrant restaurant company with 8 locations in the DMV (DC, MD, and VA) area, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Front-of-House Manager to join their team. Requirements: Served as a Front-of-House/Floor Restaurant Manager at a full-service restaurant for at least 2 years; high school diploma, GED certificate, or demonstrated proficiency in reading and math skills; hospitality and restaurant management certification or college degree preferred; strong team-building and communication skills; excellent customer service orientation; strong time management and technical aptitude; willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to meet deadlines and obtain necessary licensure within 30 days of employment
