Position: Restaurant Manager job

Requirements: At least 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and 2 or more years of related experience. Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, and liquor laws. Physical requirements include long hours and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Effective communication skills, ability to multitask, attend meetings, maintain grooming standards, handle problems efficiently, maintain confidentiality, and prioritize tasks are essential.
