Position: Restaurant Manager job

Requirements: At least 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience; or a 2-year college degree with 2 or more years of related experience. Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws, and regulations. Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. Effective communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, attend required meetings and trainings, and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and comply with regulations and standards to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
