Requirements: 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant; Working knowledge of restaurant operations, personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security; Aptitude for leadership, coaching, and driving excellence; Understanding of financial aspects of business operations; Food handler certification preferred; Flexibility to work varying hours
