Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in the restaurant industry; Prior management experience required; Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Excellent interpersonal communication skills; Exceptional organization and leadership skills; Dependable, reliable, and able to work under pressure; Strong work ethic; Friendly, outgoing, and respectful team player; Must have reliable means of transportation and be available for a minimum of 50 hours per week
