Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: On The Border is seeking a dedicated and energetic Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, guest relations, and staff management. The Manager plays a key role in maintaining quality standards, safety, and community engagement while supporting the General Manager and fostering team development.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age; minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience (preferably in Full Service/Casual Dining) or retail management; high-energy, fun-loving personality with leadership skills; ability to create an exceptional guest experience; excellent communication skills in English; reliable transportation
